Compressor booster
In many compressed air industries, high pressure is required, and a device called a booster compressor is used to provide it. Booster compressors re-compress the air from 10 bar to 40 bar.
The Flex PET system is used to produce PET bottles and similar products that require a working pressure of up to 40 bar. With the help of this system, costs are saved and the cost of high pressure compressed air is reduced.
In the Flex PET system, industrial compressors produce a pressure equal to 10 bar and after the steps of filtration and storage of the produced air, they enter the compressor booster system.
The 40 bar air produced with a high volume is directed to the high pressure storage tank and after filtration, it is ready to be used for PET devices or other 40 bar users.
Advantages of booster compressor
The advantages of the booster compressor are a combination of the advantages of screw and piston.
The maintenance cost of high pressure compressors is relatively high due to the reliability factor and the use of special technology in them, which is much lower in the booster.
In this system, you will have normal pressure (10 bar) and high pressure (40 bar).
The booster system occupies a smaller volume.
The booster system can produce high volumes with high pressure, which is not possible with high pressure compressors alone.
The booster system consumes less energy and has higher efficiency.
BOOSTER
HIGH PRESSURE
product introduction
Booster is a device that increases the air pressure of 10 Bar produced by the screw compressor to 40 Bar and actually works like an amplifier.
The fact that the pressure first reaches 10 bar and then 40 bar increases the life of the device. In addition, a screw compressor with a booster can produce a pressure equivalent to the pressure of 3 high pressure compressors. As a result, the amount of space that screws and boosters occupy in the factory or workshop is more optimal for the consumer.
