Suspended oil particles present in the compressed air coming out of screw compressors is about 5PPM, which can be separated by micron filters to 0.01 micron. These filters use screening system.

Material life and maintenance:
The exact life of the materials depends on the efficiency of the compressor, the type of oil used in the compressor, the relative humidity and the timely replacement of the micron air filters of the compressor, which, if the conditions are optimal, will have a good performance for up to five years.
When the compressed air passes over the material, a certain amount of fine dust is produced, which can be separated by a microfilter placed after the tower.
