40 BAR high pressure compressor
A 40 Bar high pressure air compressor provides compressed air above 40 PSI.
40 Bar is mostly used for bottling purposes (PET) and 150-350 Bar is used for diving purposes that require more pressure to form the oxygen capsule.
The high pressure compressor brings the ambient air to 40 Bar in 2 or 3 stages. In the first stage, it reaches 13 Bar and cools down again; In the second stage, it reaches Bar 25 bar and cools again, and in the last stage it reaches 40 Bar. A sudden increase in pressure and, as a result, an increase in temperature causes the device to wear out over time.
